Board and Committee
The students of MBS College are encouraged to maintain absolute discipline on campus. The following committees are set up to maintain discipline with staff, faculty, students, and parents being the members of the same.
Board Of Discipline
A Board of Discipline has been re-constituted for the academic session 2024-25 headed by Prof. Bijay Dash, MBS College, Dwarka. To consider matters concerning the maintenance of discipline among the students in the institution. To enquire into the acts of indiscipline or misconduct committed by a student or students whenever such cases are referred to the Board of Discipline by the Director and to submit their findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the quantum of punishment to the Director. To supervise and monitor the disciplinary climate prevailing in the institution and to take preventive and precautionary steps such as the issue of notices, warnings, instructions, etc. as the case may be, for the purpose of forestalling acts of an individual or collective indiscipline, misconduct and ragging, etc.

Students Grievance Redressal and Welfare Committee
As required by Advisory under clause 3(ii) (d) of statute 24 of the University.
In order to maintain cordial, warm, and confidence-building relationships between the students and the teachers/authorities, and as required in terms of ordinance no. 32 of the Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University, a ‘Students Grievance Redressal & Welfare Office” has been constituted with the competent members including faculty, admin, and a student representative.
The Committee will attend to every letter/representation/e-mail in the nature of appeal by students with a reformative approach and sympathetic consideration, Committee will suggest welfare activities for the students. Students may approach a similar Grievance Redressal Mechanism at the university level as an appellate authority.

Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace - Internal Complaints Committee
In terms of the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) act 2013 with a view to providing protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, the Internal Complaints Committee comprising of proficient members including faculty, admin has been reconstituted.
The complaints committee will be responsible for redressal of the complaint made by the victim and ensure time-bound treatment of the complaints as provided in the Act.

Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti Ragging Committee is re-constituted for the academic session 2024-25, in accordance with UGC Regulation, State Act for Curbing Menace of Ragging in Campus. The Anti Ragging Committee is constituted of eight members including the chairperson, faculty members, and a student representative. The members are requested to take immediate action if any matter of ragging is either reported to them or comes to their knowledge through other means.
