She has worked as a Senior Planner and Regional Design Manager with global firms like HOK Ottawa, Nortel Networks, JLL India, Unisys, and Nokia Siemens, overseeing projects across North America, EMEA, India, and Pakistan. A respected academic, she has represented COA as an observer, inspector, and juror, with a thesis under her mentorship winning the National Architectural Thesis Excellence Award in 2015. Prof. V.K. Bugga brings a wealth of experience in urban planning and development. He began his career as an Assistant Town Planner in Rajasthan before moving to Noida in 1976, where he played a key role in its early planning. His expertise extended to the Ministry of Health, overseeing the construction of several hospital buildings during his tenure at DGHS. From 1992 to 2011, he served as the Chief Town Planner at MCD, contributing significantly to Delhi’s urban landscape.
