He began his career as an Assistant Town Planner in Rajasthan before moving to Noida in 1976, where he played a key role in its early planning. His expertise extended to the Ministry of Health, overseeing the construction of several hospital buildings during his tenure at DGHS. From 1992 to 2011, he served as the Chief Town Planner at MCD, contributing significantly to Delhi’s urban landscape. A seasoned professional, Prof. Bugga has represented Delhi at international conferences, including the Sanction of Building Plans Conference in Rome. His expertise covers all aspects of project execution, from concept design and tender documentation to construction management and consultant coordination. Known for his practical, user-friendly, and efficient designs, he consistently strives to maximize building functionality and land utilization.
